LinkLeadSpy (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “LinkLeadSpy”) empowers teams to efficiently capture and build business and contact information for B2B sales prospecting. This Privacy Policy describes how LinkLeadSpy collects, uses and discloses information through our website, _________ (the “Site”), our software (including application programming interfaces (“APIs”), browser extensions, and integrations with third-party software) and the services we offer (collectively referred to as the “Services”).  

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website Chrome browser extension and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website”, “Extension” or “Services”) with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Lead Spyder. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this “Website”, “Extension .

4. Information we collect

Users’ Data 

Site Visitor

If you express an interest in our Services and wish to be contacted by us, you will be asked to submit the following information on our Site: full name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by notifying us at support@leadspyder.io  

LinkLeadSpy Account 

When you register to set up an account and use our Services, you will be asked to submit the following personal information: full name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title. To purchase and access our Services, you may be asked to submit payment information, which is collected and processed by our trusted third party payment processor. LinkLeadSpy does not retain payment information. 

We also collect information from customers about their use of the Service like most web sites on the Internet, our servers record certain information they automatically receive from the browser. This data may include information such as your device’s IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language preferences or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Website, or used our Extension, pages of our Website that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information on usage of the Extension, information you search for on our Website, access times and dates, and other statistics. 

This information is used internally for research and to improve our services. 

Integrated Data 

‍Our customers may choose to integrate information, including personal data, from their accounts with third party products or services for use with the Services (“Integrated Data”). The Integrated Data that we may process from our customers include information about our customers’ prospects and customers, such as the full name, business contact information (email, phone number, company address), company name, job title, professional network profiles, and similar information often stored in customer relationship management databases.  

Professional Profiles Database 

LinkLeadSpyder maintains a database of professional profiles which is made available to our customers for the purpose of business-to-business sales prospecting or recruitment only. The personal information we store for each profile on our database are full name, job title, email address, phone number, address, Linked User Id, Profile URL, Company information, Role, Birthday, Profile image, any related social profiles. We do not process any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, medical or biometric data, etc. We do not process any information of minors.  

If your profile is on our database and you wish to be deleted, please contact us at support@leadspyder.io. 

Log Files 

Lead Spyder follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. 

Cookies and Web Beacons 

Like any other website, Lead Spyder uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Lead Spyder does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
